1. Business Information & Scope of Services

StrideXP Fit Club is a premier fitness and community lifestyle collective organizing paced distance running, mobility workshops, court athletics (including pickleball tournaments), and community wellness events across India.

Our platform provides digital event ticketing, scheduling information, pass validation, and community coordination. All registrations made through stridexp.in represent contractual agreements under Indian Law.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• Participants must be at least 16 years of age or accompanied by an adult legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during enrollment (Full Name, Contact Number, Email Address).
• For group registrations, the primary organizer assumes responsibility for ensuring all registered squad members comply with event guidelines.

3. Event Registration, Payments & Fees

All event passes must be paid in full through our integrated, authorized payment partner (Razorpay Software Private Limited). We support UPI, Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, and authorized digital wallets.

All prices listed on stridexp.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable service taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Upon successful payment verification, an instant digital QR ticket is generated and stored in your runner account.

4. Participant Health, Safety & Liability Waiver

Running, distance strides, and court sports involve physical exertion. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are medically fit and adequately trained to participate in the physical distance or activity chosen.
• You will follow all safety instructions provided by StrideXP pace captains, court marshals, and event staff.
• StrideXP Fit Club and its partners shall not be held liable for personal injury, illness, or lost property resulting from voluntary participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

5. Event Changes & Force Majeure

StrideXP reserves the right to modify event schedules, venue sections, or pacing arrangements due to severe weather, municipal directives, safety advisories, or unforeseen logistical constraints. In such circumstances, participants will be offered automatic transfers to the rescheduled date or a full refund as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

6. Code of Conduct

StrideXP is dedicated to creating an inclusive, safe, and respectful environment. Harassment, abusive language, non-sportspersonship, or unauthorized commercial solicitation will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event without refund.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
