StrideXP Fit Club provides digital passes and registration tickets for fitness, running, and sporting events. Because our offerings are community experiences and digital ticketing services, all fulfillment is carried out electronically.

1. Nature of Products and Services
StrideXP Fit Club issues digital passes, registration vouchers, and scannable tickets for sports and fitness gatherings, including community distance runs, pickleball tournaments, mobility clinics, and social wellness sessions.
We do not ship physical packages via postal courier or postal dispatch. All event bibs, athlete wristbands, and tournament paddles (where applicable) are handed over directly to participants on-site at the event venue during check-in.
2. Delivery Method & Channels
Upon authorized payment completion through Razorpay, your ticket is delivered via three parallel digital channels:
Instant On-Screen QR Pass
A high-definition scannable QR pass is immediately displayed on your screen, complete with registration ID, event schedule, and venue directions.
Runner Profile Vault
All purchased tickets are permanently stored and retrievable under your account profile (stridexp.in/profile).
Email & WhatsApp Confirmation
An electronic receipt and ticket confirmation message is dispatched to your registered email address and WhatsApp number within 5 minutes of booking.
3. Delivery Timeline
Digital delivery is processed immediately upon payment authorization. In rare instances of internet latency or bank gateway delays, delivery may take up to 5 minutes.
If you do not see your ticket confirmation within 15 minutes of payment, please verify your spam/junk folder or contact our support team with your Razorpay payment reference ID.
4. Shipping & Delivery Fees
Because all tickets and event vouchers are electronically generated and distributed online, there are zero (₹0) shipping or handling fees charged to consumers.
