1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website or registering for or attending any Stride Run Club Kanpurevent, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform or attend our events.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account. Users must be at least 16years old to register independently; users below this age may only participate with consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, at the organizers' discretion.

3. Events & Participation

Physical activities offered by Stride Run Club — including but not limited to running, sports, and fitness sessions — carry an inherent risk of injury. By registering for or attending an event, you acknowledge this risk and participate voluntarily and at your own risk. [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — pending registration], its organizers, and core team members shall not be held liable for injuries, loss, or damage sustained during participation, except where directly caused by proven gross negligence on the organizers' part.

4. Payments

All paid events, subscriptions, and merchandise purchases are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are final unless a pricing error is identified and corrected before payment completion.

5. Subscriptions

VIP subscriptions (monthly or yearly) automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Perks associated with VIP membership are subject to change with reasonable prior notice via the platform or email.

6. Tickets

Event tickets issued as QR codes are personal, non-transferable, and valid for single use only. Attempting to duplicate, resell, or share a ticket may result in denial of entry and/or suspension of your account.

7. Merchant Products

Products listed by partner merchants are sold and fulfilled by the respective merchant, who bears responsibility for product quality, accuracy of listing, and fulfillment. Stride Run Club facilitates the platform and payment processing only and is not a party to the underlying sale.

8. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow members, staff, and the public. Stride Run Club reserves the right to remove any participant from an event, or suspend their account, for conduct it deems disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
