1. Information We Collect

We collect the name, email address, and phone number you provide when registering. We also collect event attendance history and payment metadata processed through Razorpay — we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details directly.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: manage event registrations and ticketing; process payments and subscriptions; send transactional and broadcast communications; personalize AI assistant recommendations for VIP members; and generate internal analytics to improve our events and offerings.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share the minimum necessary data with trusted service providers: Razorpay (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Convex (data storage and application backend), and Anthropic (AI assistant responses for VIP members). Each provider maintains its own privacy and security practices.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to comply with legal and tax obligations. You may request deletion at any time, subject to §5.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Cookies

The platform uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we cannot accept liability for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Children's Privacy

The platform is not intended for independent use by individuals under 16 without parental/guardian consent and involvement, as described in our Terms.
